Public Offer for Hosting Services

This document constitutes a public offer for concluding a contract for hosting services between the datihosting.cloud service and any individual or legal entity expressing readiness to use the provided services.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The datihosting.cloud platform provides clients with virtual game servers, accessible through a control panel and FTP/SFTP protocols. Available server types and functionality depend on the chosen plan.
1.2. Game servers operate on Linux operating systems, with isolation in Docker environment and are hosted on modern AMD/Intel computing power with clock speeds up to 5500 MHz.
1.3. Equipment parameters and limitations are detailed in the plan descriptions on the website.
1.4. Any service registration automatically means full acceptance of the terms of this offer and user agreement.
1.5. The platform stores backup copies for 7 (seven) calendar days from the moment of their creation. After the specified period, backup copies are automatically deleted without possibility of recovery.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. All client actions are performed exclusively through the website https://my.datihosting.cloud. Accounts purchased outside the platform are not serviced and may be blocked.
2.2. The client independently selects server configuration and is responsible for the correctness of chosen parameters.
2.3. Support is provided only for issues related to the functioning of ordered services.
2.4. Use of modifications that do not violate server and infrastructure operability is permitted.
2.5. Use of malicious software, organization of attacks, flooding, spam, hacking is prohibited. Violation leads to irreversible blocking.
2.6. Services cannot be used for DDoS protection or bypassing third-party system traffic filtering.
2.7. Changes to server startup parameters are only possible by agreement through support. Violation results in blocking.
2.8. Trial access may be provided once for 24 hours.
2.9. One user (individual or legal entity) has the right to have only one (1) account in the system. Creating and/or using more than one account, including for bypassing restrictions, obtaining bonuses, trial access, etc., is prohibited and may lead to blocking of all related accounts without prior notice and without refund.

3. Legal Status of the Offer

3.1. This offer is considered accepted after starting to use the trial period or first payment.
3.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
3.3. Client responsibility:
— for actions performed from their account;
— for distribution of illegal content;
— for use of malicious software.

4. Support Contact

4.1. All support requests are accepted in English. The client is obligated to:
— use business communication style;
— specify service ID, problem description, context and time of occurrence.
4.2. In case of violations:
— 1st violation — verbal warning;
— systematic violations — account blocking from 1 to 2 days and more;
— gross violations — permanent blocking without refund.
4.3. Issues are reviewed only through the ticket system. Requests through third-party platforms are ignored and punished progressively: from warning to complete blocking.
4.4. All tickets are confidential; any distribution without administration consent results in immediate account blocking.

5. Resource Limitations

5.1. For each plan, acceptable limits for CPU, RAM and disk space are established.
5.2. The client must comply with load standards according to the plan.
5.3. When limits are exceeded, the service may be temporarily disabled until actions are agreed upon.

6. Grounds for Service Refusal

6.1. Detection of attempts to exploit vulnerabilities or bypass restrictions leads to service suspension and negotiation initiation.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse service provision in case of offer terms violation.

7. Refunds

7.1. The client has the right to request a refund for unused full days provided that at least 30 calendar days have passed since payment.
7.2. In case of rule violations or fraud detection, refunds are not possible.
7.3. Funds from bonus balance are not refundable.
7.4. Overpayments are returned within 14 business days.
7.5. Refunds are only possible through ticket request and only to the details from which payment was made.
7.6. When terminating the contract in the first 14 days, no more than 50% of the amount may be returned.
7.7. The company does not refund money in case of server inoperability in a specific region if the server itself is technically functional.

8. Service Provision Terms

8.1. Services are activated after 100% prepayment.
8.2. Validity period is determined by the chosen plan.
8.3. Upon rental expiration, the service is blocked, and after 7 days – deleted without possibility of recovery.
8.4. Payment is made according to current rates posted on the website.
8.5. When paying after blocking, resumption occurs within ~ 1 hour.
