User Agreement
This user agreement governs the procedure for using services provided by the datihosting.cloud service and establishes rights and obligations between the service and the user. Starting to use the platform, including registration or payment for services, means complete and unconditional agreement of the user with the terms of this agreement.
User Agreement and Privacy Policy of datihosting.cloud Service
1. Service Responsibility
1.1. All software installed by the client on the server, as well as problems arising in its operation, are within the client's area of responsibility.
1.2. The datihosting.cloud service is responsible for hosting infrastructure stability and network access.
2. Obligations and Rights of datihosting.cloud Service
2.1. Support is provided through the ticket system in Discord.
2.2. The service does not guarantee the operability of third-party software installed by the user.
2.3. All services are provided "as is". The company has the right to change terms, rates and functionality without prior notice. New terms are published on the website and come into effect from the moment of publication.
2.4. The service is obligated to eliminate equipment malfunctions in the shortest possible time, but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation.
2.5. In case of technical threats, including DDoS attacks, the service has the right to temporarily suspend server operation.
3. Client Rights and Obligations
3.1. In case of systematic violations of terms of use, receiving complaints or ignoring notifications, the client may be blocked without refund.
3.2. The client may use the server within the framework of legislation and service provision terms.
3.3. The client bears responsibility for installed software and hosted content.
3.4. Installed software must be legal and not violate copyright.
3.5. Support requests are accepted only through the ticket system in Discord.
4. Resource Usage and Network Limitations
4.1. Fair Use Policy is applied. When established limits are exceeded, speed may be reduced or service suspended until the end of the billing period.
5. Prohibited Content and Software
5.1. Prohibited: malicious software, illegal content, DoS/DDoS utilities, phishing, botnets, scanners, cryptocurrency mining and other actions violating European Union legislation.
5.2. Traffic tunneling without administration agreement is prohibited.
6. Service Termination
6.1. In case of gross or repeated violations, threats, slander, violations of legislation or terms of use, the service has the right to terminate service immediately and without compensation.
6.2. The service reserves the right to transfer information upon official requests from authorized bodies.
7. Use of Cookies
7.1. The datihosting.cloud website uses cookies and analytics to improve service operation. Using the website means agreeing to this policy.
8. Backup
8.1. Responsibility for creating and storing data backups lies with the client. Paid backup services are possible under separate agreement.
9. SLA and Compensation
9.1. Guaranteed hosting server availability is 99.9% per month. SLA violations are compensated with additional service days.
10. Communication and Complaints
10.1. All complaints, suggestions and requests are accepted through the ticket system. Response is provided within 72 hours.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. The current version of the user agreement and policy is always available at: https://datihosting.cloud/privacy
11.2. This document comes into effect from the moment of publication and remains valid until its official update.
